I have asked Ministry of Housing, Dr Param to look into this matter.  I have also contacted IJMC and Talam and both told

As mentioned earlier, Ms Chua from Talam and Mr Quah from IJMC suggested to meet after the contractor is appointed.  It is in the process of being appointed.

If no appointment of contractor by the time we meet, there will be nothing to discuss.

I have called Ms Chua Kim Lan of Talam and Mr Kua of IJMC about this issue yesterday.  Both of them agreed to have a meeting to brief the buyers.  However, they propose to meet when a new contractor is appointed. 

agree with your suggestion to have periodical meetings.  It is better for IJM people to tell you directly rather than through me.  In this way, you all can blame IJM directly if there is any delay in any dates fixed by them.  Right now, I ask IJM, then I tell you all and I get the blame for any promises on dates not kept.

I shall try to arrange the meeting soonest.

Ya,it stopped work.It was due to thje old contractor appointed by the earlier mgt.Now IJM has appointed their own contractor.Work should start again next month.Shall keep you inform thro my website.

I am aware of the problem.I have talked to Ms Chua of Talam and also a director of IJM.
They are having problem with the old contractor appointed by Talam.They will terminate
this co and appoint a new one.Shall follow imediately after this Xmas hols.

I have checked with Talam and they informed me that they have problem with the existing contractor and they are in the process of changing them.  They said work should resume in 2 weeks time.

LAGOON Perdana and Belvedere Service Apartment buyers can now sigh in relief as their abandoned apartment projects have been revived. 

Both projects, located in USJ 9/1A, Bandar Sunway, were left idle since 2005 after the previous developer faced financial problems.
